A vintage oak chest of drawers painted in green with stencilled and naturally finished drawers.

The body of this pretty vintage oak chest of drawers has been painted in a "fresh yet subdued" green furniture paint which has been sealed with several coats of matt wax finish varnish for durability. The drawers have been stripped, white washed and stencilled in the green with an attractive floral stencil and each drawer has been given a thin gold border to finish the look and tie in the gold handles.

There are three spacious drawers with solid bases and dovetail joints, which are in a lovely, clean condition and they, along with the whole interior, have been treated to a natural wood salve to nourish and replenish the wood.

DELIVERY

Nationwide delivery is available.

I arrange delivery with one of my trusted furniture couriers, this will usually be a one man service and help will be required to unload the item at the buyer's home. If a two man service is required please let me know before checkout as there may be an extra charge.

I charge a flat rate of £60 for delivery to mainland UK, excluding the Highlands of Scotland, Islands and Ireland. Please contact me prior to purchase if you are in any of these areas for an accurate quote.

Collection is also welcome from my home workshop in Essex.

For commissions and custom orders, delivery will be arranged once work is completed.

All my work is refinished with great care and attention to detail using the best quality furniture paints which are as environmentally friendly as possible. My pieces are all antique, vintage and always pre-loved and therefore may show minor signs of their past life with the occasional dent or ding. Major imperfections are always repaired, but I believe small marks show the piece's history and add to its charm. Any signs of historic woodworm are treated as a matter of course.
